Christina LeBron
Co-Founder & Vice-President
Christina LeBron holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University and has established herself as an IT professional. She has over 5 years of technical experience in the healthcare industry including: system analysis, design, testing, training, system support and maintenance, programming, project management, and a strong technical knowledgebase. She fosters a collaborative relationship with executive management and exhibits excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, and team building attributes. Her diverse giftings have also forged her path as an entrepreneur and she is the proud owner and CEO of The Biz Doctor, a small business devoted to a broad range of services from Accounting to IT Support and Marketing.
At the age of 18, Christina surrendered her life to Christ and her passion and drive for the Kingdom became evident at the onset of her spiritual journey. As a former ward of the State of New Jersey, Christina defied the odds and modeled what it looks like to become something and continues to show tremendous courage in growing into the women she is today. Christina began to develop her gifts in administration and teaching while serving on the Worship Ministry, Youth Ministry and Sunday School. Therein, she discovered her gift of exhortation and encouragement and her Christian life has been characterized by service and leadership. She is a dynamic sought after speaker where she passionately and boldly shares her story wherever she goes. Her process of transforming from the insecure and fearful young girl that she was into the powerhouse wife, mother, businesswoman, and leader that she is took dedication, discipline, and spiritual growth. Her passion is to utilize her experiences, insight, and influence to help everyone she encounters to evolve into the best version of themselves.
The inspiration behind her untold story of redemption inspired her to venture into authorship, publishing her very first book, Redemption's Reach: How Far Will He Go? She has served on the board of several community organizations including, V-Free, Project Lazarus NJ and now a new endeavor, the Strive Scholarship Fund. Each of these grass-roots organizations play a role in supporting underprivileged and low-income students and those bound by addiction. Her passion for the “least of these” stems from being raised as an orphan and “receiving the Spirit of Adoption” as a daughter of the Most High. Christina is now married to her husband Reynaldo and together they have four children, Luke Rey, Aaron James, Giulliana Faith, and Isabella Gianna. They both actively serve as leaders at their local church, Christ Church of Howell, NJ under the covering of Rev. Bryan & Rev. Dr. Antoinette Attinson.
